    We currently ship across Sri Lanka and may expand internationally in the future. Stay tuned!
  3. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via our trusted delivery partners. Depending on your location, delivery may take 3–7 business days.
  4. What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs vary based on the location and are borne by the customer. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
  5. Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your item or receive store credit if you notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  6. What is your exchange policy?
    If you wish to exchange your item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. You may exchange it for any other item in our store or receive store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
  7. How do I request an exchange?

    We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@ceylonbury.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
  9. How do I care for my linen or batik wear?
    We recommend following the care instructions insert with your order for the best results. For linen and batik items, hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle with cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight to preserve the colors and fabric quality.
  10. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we begin processing your order, and changes may not be possible.
